Warranty Coverage
All Phidgets products purchased through Testview Shop are genuine and include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will work with you to repair or replace it in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
- Ship the product back to us using a secure delivery method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
